What was the purpose of the visit? This project visit was quite a bit longer than the previous ones, and consequently we had more time to get deeper into the work. Among other things, the visit had the purpose of summarizing and taking stock of how far we had come with the project. Danida sets high demands for the administration of our project, and therefore there was a need go thoroughly through finances. This is the first time our partner has had the responsibility for such a large project, and as a result there are many things they need to learn. For example, the financial controller has now learnt to use Excel, and not least the specific spreadsheets that our Danish financial controller has completed to ensure that we live up to the demands set by Danida.
