What was the purpose of the visit? We were granted 408.995 kr. from Danida in February 2010, so the primary purpose of this visit was to kick off the project. We held different workshops that had the purpose of strengthening our partnership and to define what the project should actually be about; that is, making it clear what the fancy words like capacity building, empowerment and advocacy actually mean. We also had more practical tasks, such as opening a bank account in a local bank and hiring an accountant.
